This is not correct. This is my sister, Linda, that was born a year or two earlier and adopted out. My brother was born in San Diego County somewhere...mom's last name was Lowry, maiden name Clarine, and next married name was Rogers...we think she MAY have used Rogers and that the baby's dad was Clingingsmi [th] but not sure what name she used. If so, this baby was born 6-23-61...but don't know what his adopted name was.

I don't think she used Clarine as her maiden name because no one with the maiden name Clarine had a baby in San Diego county

My sister's step son is Scott Williams. Don't see him too often but i do know his Dad very well. Frank was his name and he was a rascal and still is. He's worked all over the world and know he's fathered others besides Scott. Frank worked on oil platforms. Scott works for a Demo Company. I know he lived in Alameda County but never asked where he was born. If there is a possibilty you two are related will contact him and get info on his birthdate and place. Will check forums soon. Don't think so. We were in Oregon in 1958 - moved to CA in Spring 1959. :-( So sorry.
