ISO birth parents Male 4/19/1969
My birth certificate says I was born April 19,1969 @ San Francisco General Hospital. I am looking for information about my birth parents. And for all the ladies out there that gave there child up I want to thank you. you did the right thing.

My husband has a brother that was born in california april 2004 not sure of hospital or exact date
The birth Mothers name would have been heinz He was adopted to James Hocker (she thinks) the doctor that delivered him she found out later he may not of kept him She named the Child Jimmy

Was the childs last name at birth Heinz or was the mothers maiden name Heinz?That was going by childs last name at birth though. I have mothers maiden name as starting with a D (don't want to post it on the board). The baby was born in San Diego Co. Email or PM me if you want more info.Karmen
