B/M 9-21-1943 adoptee looking

adoptee looking for- Karen B/M born9-21-1943 in Massachusetts B/D(richard) (nick name "Doc") also born in Massachusetts maybe on 9-26-1943 till death in 4 -28,1997 I was born (femalebaby girl Patty Ann)at clairmonet mesa hoptial on Oct. 22,1964.
I need thier last names how can I get this?? Please any help
