Have you contacted the adoption agency and filed a "Waiver for Consent to Contact" form yet? If your daughter has also filed a waiver form the agency will give each of you information to contact each other.

I have no idea who the agency was as she was taken from me at birth upon instructions from an uncle who was an attorney. I wasn't supposed to even see her but the staff didn't know that.
