My husband and I are looking to adopt a gypsy boy from Bulgaria. We have heard of an agency called COLLECT that deals with adoptions from this country. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this agency or have used this agency before? Thanks.

I am looking for a boy between the ages of 4 and 10. For medical reasons, I cannot take a child younger than that. I have been looking at one 9 year old boy from COLLECT, but I have yet to hear anything (bad or good) from this agency.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, what were the ages of your children? Did you experience any difficulties with the kids that is uncommon for international adoptions?

Currently, the EEAC list has been very quiet lately - a few new laws have been implemented in Bulgaria regarding foreign adoption. I have that if you are interested.

The other Bulgarian Adoption list is the one on Topica - www.topica.com It is run by a former client of Wasatch Adoption agency. I can't recall her email off the top of my head. The Topica list is a very convivial group of folks who are very kind and helpful.
