Is it possible to adopt independently from this country? If so...do you know of any websites that have any information on it. I would also appreciate any e-mails about it. thanks very much felsenundrolle@yahoo.com

Hi!
You cannot adopt independently from Bulgaria. You have to contact a local Bulgarian agency, accredited by the MOJ or an American one.
