Seems that a few months ago, we heard that 2005 applications were being processed...and that 2006 and 2007 applications would go quickly as there were so few of them.

We were logged-in in November 2008, so I'm hoping 2008 apps will be processed very soon. Does anyone have any info???

I saw on the Yahoo Group that it is possible that the MOJ has moved to Jan 2006. If you go to the website for the MOJ Bulgaria you can get more info... they have all the meetings listed... I believe the last meeting posted (which generally they are a meeting or two behind actual posting the notes)... but in that meeting they were at October 2005 dossiers and that was the 6/9/2009 meeting. If you want the information translated use Google Translate.

Let me know if this does not work... it should open in google translate. Then you want to go to International Aid and Adoption Tab and click.

The next page doesn't translate well into English... so I will attempt to explain it but feel free to contact me by e-mail also. Open a second tab with the [url]www.translate.google.com website to help facilitate translations. (It is the only one I know of that translates Bulgarian).

This is all in the section labeled: Справки

There are paragraph sized blocks of 3-4 lines each... these are the Special Needs Children, Older Children and some sibling groups... not all of these children have medical issues, though none of these children are a single healthy child under 5. There is a date located somewhere in the middle...i.e. 30.06.09 which is the most recent addendum list of available SN children. I want to say it starts at #804 or something like that... I believe there are 5 or 6 lists now (there are children on the earlier lists that are available as well, however your agency will have to inquire if they are available). You need to right click, then copy link, then paste into translate google.

If you look just below those paragraphs you will see one line links each ending with a date... these are the meeting notes. Again I believe the most recent is 09.06.09... which is 06/09/2009... I know there was a meeting on 06/30/2009 but not sure about the weeks inbetween. You need to right click, then copy link, then paste into translate google.

Carolina Adoption Services posted on their website as well that the MOJ is through 2005 dossiers - see updatesd listed in May 2009 section.

They listed the number of 2006/2007 dossiers at 230 - had not seen the number before.
