Referral Timeline?
Is there any new informaiton on Bulgarian referrals? Does anyone know where they are in the process?

Yvonne, we heard fromour agency that in the last 10 months 378 referrels have been made. Our agency has a little girl coming home some time this month. The estimate at this time is 18-24 month wait for a healty young child.

Thanks! I am trying to learn as much as possible about the procedures before electing Bulgaria as my country of choice to begin an adoption.
