Health of applicants?
My husband and I are in the process of trying to choose a country for our international adoption. One reason for our adoption is that I have lupus. It's very well controlled and I feel great... but I know some countries specifically exclude applicants with lupus.
Does Bulgaria tend to be more accepting of the medical histories of adoptive parents? Also, if anyone could PM the agency they have used or are using, I would appreciate it.
