Bulgaria adoption
Hi,
I am new to Bulgaria adoptions. I am wondering if someone can share with me more about it. 1. Which agency do you recommend? 2. How much are the fees? 3. What are the wait times? Especially for a baby girl? Thank you  Jackie P.S. Feel free to PM me the info!

Carmjoemom,
I too am looking for information on adoption in Bulgaria. I have found agencies but i am in Canada, and from what i have found it is a LONG process. Hopefully someone can provide us with some hopeful info
