Help Choosing Agency !
We are looking for feedback on agencies that have adoption programs for Bulgaria...if you have used (or are in the process of using/choosing) an agency to adopt from Bulgaria, would you please PM me with details and your experience--both good an not-so-good? Thanks!

I would like to know too
I would love to have people pm me on agencies to use for Bulgarian adoptions.
We submitted Dossiers with our current agency for both Kazakhstan and Bulgaria November of 2006. It has now been as of tomorrow exactly one year since he became a member of our family. I was relly happy with our agency on Kazakhstan. They just don't seem as familiar with Bulgaria and are telling us we have to resubmit all of or dossier again to continue. Any information you can give me would be appreciated. Cindy

Cindy, I PMed you with my agency. Some parts of your dossier will need to be updated. Your agency should have given you specific instructions.
