I am popping oer from the Russia board. We completed an adoption from there in 2005 and are in the early stages of trying again. Due to the medicals and possibility of 3 trips, I am looking into other options as well. Can anybody recommend (by PM) agencies that they've had good experiences with, costs, age of the parents, etc... I would appreciate any information you could provide. We are hoping to bring a 2.5-4-year-old boy home by late 2008 or early 2009.

Hi I'm new to this board too and am contiplating adopting from Bulgaria...I was in the mist of a Guatemala Adoption, but got a call a few days ago from the agency I signed on with that I would not make to new deadline that is being implimented. Except for one person who I know adopted two children on this board(Kay) I dont know of anyone else who recently adopted from Bulgaria.
I am curious about different agencies myself. I dont know where we would go to get opinions on agencies from several different people. I think Bulgaria hasnt done many adoptions in the past few years.
