Bulgaria questions!
I have been looking into russia and guatemala, and i just started reading about bulgaria. If you could please pm me with agency advice that would be great. I would also like to know about the travel time and would LOVE to see pics of the kids!

I hate to say it, but for now, Bulgaria is basically closed. There have been only a VERY few special needs matches coming out of Bulgaria. Any agency you contact shoud be telling you to hold off starting in Bulgaria. If not, you do not want to use them!
There have been several speculations as to why there are no matches coming out, and just as many speculations as to when they will start again. I love Bulgaria and the children. They are beautiful. But, I cannot recommend starting there at this time. Kay Mom to Anna from Varna BG, and registered for #2
