A Bulgarian Child?
I am confused, is this for a Bulgarian child? It is my understanding there are no Bulgarians on any waiting child list, as all matches come out of the Ministry of Justice. If you have received a match from the MOJ, congratulations! If they are telling you they have a waiting Bulgarian child to adopt, I would not believe it!

We are adopting a Waiting Child from China. I'm just trying to get some info on this agency and they do healthy child Bularian adoptions as well.
