iso brother born apr.25/64 Quesnel B.C.

is it possible?
I am helping an adoptee search for her birthparents, she was born in Quesnel Oct 24 1964, her birthmother has signed a no contact veto so she did not get her birth surname, I am curious to know if you are positive about your mother having a boy, or if you may have happened on a posting for someone looking for her.
