Spent the weekend away with the family and managed to still get my pumping in every 3 hours.
Last week I stopped getting up at night and I have noticed that I dont feel as "full" in the morning. I think I need to put the night time one in again. What do you think? I asked in an earlier post but not sure you read it, how many times a day do you pump?

Oh, sorry. I pump 8-9 times a day and nurse my son 1-2 times a day.
Did you amount go down or do you just not feel as full? I pump before I go to bed and as soon as I get up, but not during the night right now.

ok, so you are pumping like every 2 hours then? When i am home, i am doing every 3 hours so it wrks out to 5-7 times a day. i guess maybe i should be pumping more when i am able? When i work i often go 8 hours in between.
my supply did not go down but i feel less full when i gt up in the morning. its hard to get up when there is no match. my sleep is precious! haha

That is why I don't get up at night. ;-) Plus it tends to wake my 4 year old. I pump every 2-3 hours and if I have to go 3+ hours for some reason, then I will only wait 1.5 hours to pump the next time and get "back on schedule". If I am going somewhere and it is getting close to pump time, then I will go ahead and pump so I can wait just a tad longer. That kind of thing. I try to make sure I always get at least 8 pumpings a day.

Well this is the week. Our PBM is due this thursday. I think she will go over ,but you never know. We are so ready for him to come.

Keep us posted! How is the pumping going? Getting still 3 ounces a day for the freezer?
I am excited to share that I am getting OVER 3 ounces now. It usually around 3 1/2...looking forward to 4 now!

Ladies I will be gone of this board for a couple of days because OUR SON IS BORN. We will be leaving in the morning for pick up. Birthmom has already signed. We are so thrilled.

I have reached 4 ounces a day now! I am getting 3 from one side and an ounce from the other! 4 ounces, 4 1/2 weeks pumping!
