Am I too late?
Our baby boy is about to be 3 weeks old. Am I too late to try to start bfing..using herbs not drugs??

Every person is different. Some are able to produce milk rather quickly, so I vote for you to go ahead and try. But it takes months for others to start to produce milk, so don't get frustrated if it doesn't work quickly.
And there are supplimental feeding systems where the baby can begin to think he's feeding from the breast while still getting a lot of his nutrition ffrom forumula. That may tide you over while you wait for the herbs to work. Hopefully someone who knows more will chime in. Good luck! |

I used more then herbs, but my son was 7.5 MONTHS old when he started breastfeeding. You are most defintiely not too late. And as mentioned above, since you essentially have no milk at this point, I would get an SNS or a Lactaid.
