Mirena IUD
Does anyone have experience with ABF-ing with a Mirena IUD in place? I love mine and am not willing to give it up. It does have low levels of Progesterone in it, but the levels are really low. Adding an oral contraceptive pill on top of it shouldn't be a problem and would get me adequate estrogen, but I'm worried about the withdrawal of the pill-- I'll still have Progesterone on board, when the protocol says to have real withdrawal to simulate post-pregnancy changes. . .Anyone with experience?
