What is the protocol for BF
What is the protocol for BF? I am an asthmatic.allergic to peanuts and I bought the Fenugreek and thistle and I read that I should not take one of them as it is in the peanut family. Has anyone had any experience with this or knows what I should do? I wanted to do the natural route, and I am not sure what herbs I should take beside the one. Any protocol for a natural method with pumping that I could use or should I do another (meds) protocol? I have breastfed my bio children (triplets-for 14 months) and I am familiar with BF but not the adoption route. If anyone could help me as to what would be best as I have anywhere from 3 to 5 week that I will be bringing my son home, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance
