Hi everyone. I was wondering if there is any new info on Brazil adoption. I saw that an agency Im considering has a program for that country. Is it possible for a dual american couple to adopt an infant there or child under 18 months more specifically. Just wondering...thanks. i wouldlike to congratualte everyone about enlarging their families.

My husband and I have decided to adopt a baby this year. Although we are very excited ( after a year of failled ivf treatments, we always knew we would adopt anyway, I have now idea where to start. We live in New Jersey. could anyone give us some advice on what types of organizations that are available and how m uch a Home study should cost. please PM me if specific info about HS organization.

According to the new adoption bill recently aproved in Brazil, the preference is given to Brazilian families first. Brazilians families usually want to adopt kids younger than 2. So the kids who are made available to adoption, are usually older than 2.... (or with special needs)
