*****Wisconsin Adoptee 1980-1982?******
 Where is my brother? He was adopted around 1984. Birth name Otto. Of course this wouldn't be on the birth certificate because they change it after adoption. I was also adopted during that time. I wish the adoptive parents would come forward so my brother and I could reunite. He also has another sad sister lookin for him.
