older sister
I am looking for my older sister . she was born in April of 1963 in Oshawa Ontario and was adopted out from Oshawa General Hospital . all I know is that her first name is Tammy and her middle name is May .

Register your search on all free adoption reunion registries, start with this site. Make sure you keep a record of where you have registered to update any change of email etc.
The provincial government in Ontario has a reunion registry but it appears that the registry is only for either the adoptee or birth parent. You will need to ask as a sibling.
