ISO Birth Son, Dana Patrick Cosgrove, Born in San Diego, CA August 18, 1980

I am seeking my biological son Dana P. Cosgrove. I beleive he is in the San Diego area. I presently live in Wisconsin, and would appreciate any local help or tips that may lead to a reunion between my son and I, if he is also willing. This is somehting I hope to accomplish before leaving this lfe.
