ISO Half Sister DOB 8-20-79 in Georgia

I don't know the specifics, but I know my mom was sent to Georgia to have the baby when she was 18. She wants to look, but she's scared that my sister will be angry with her, so I'm taking the initiative. Any info would help! Thanks!

Hi, my name is Maria. I am 27 years old, I'll be 28 in August. My dob is august 20, 1979. I believe I was born in Lenoir, NC. My mother was around 5ft 2in, hazel eyes, and about 110lbs around the adoption date. Our dates match up, but does anything else? Please respond asap.
