I was born on 1/24/78 in Chamblee, GA and then on the same day I was taken to DeKalb General Hospital in Decatur, GA. I was 4-6 weeks premature. I had a staff infection for 11 days following my birth. My adoption was private and was handled by Joseph M. Winter, who represented my aparents. My adoption was finalized on 8/28/78 in Arkansas, which is where my aparents lived at the time. I am petite, blonde hair, blue-green eyes, long eyelashes, fair skin, and I have full lips, and a button nose. I think that my birthmother's name was Gail Tucker. I have my non-identifying information that says that she was single, over the age of 18, and that she refused the name of my birthfather.
