Rodney Michael Pongracz where are you?

I am searching for my future brother in-law. His birth name was Rodney Michael Pongracz he was born 12/26/1978 at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn MI. His biological mother is Angi Dudas and she would love to meet him. She was 16 when she had him and I believe he was taken in by Catholic family services. His father was Kyle Balou, don't know if that is spelled correct, from Trenton MI. If anyone knows any information of his whereabouts please respond. Thank You
