Talking ISO Brother Born 10/16/76 adopted December 1977

I am searching for my step-brother. My (step) dad really wants to find him. His birth name was Bryan James Froelich. Bryan was born 10-16-1976 at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was immediatly given up for adoption after birth. He went to Catholic Charities in St. Louis, Mo. According to my dad he was still there when he was 18 months old because my dad went back to see him, without sucess. However one of the nuns gave them a picture of Bryan. My dads name is Steven Micheal Scanlon (dob 3-20-58). Bryan's mothers name is Laurie Ann Freolich (dob 2-29-58). That is all the information i know.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i found out today from a catholic charities that bryans adoption was final in December of 1977!! Yay one more piece to the puzzle
