looking for brother born in MN & adopted @ birth

Hi... I'm searching for my half brother born in Mpls., MN. He was adopted at birth, or shortly after. I'm his older sister. He also has two older brothers. His birth mom is also searching for him. It was a tragic thing to have lost him, and we would love to know that he is doing ok. He was born in 74 or 75 (i can't ever remember which), and had red hair (must have gotten it from Grandma ). If anyone can point me in the right direction to look, i'd be forever greatful.
