hello
i dont know if this will help you but i am looking for my sister that was put up for adoption. her name is stephanie and was born 77-78 not sure but the way i look at it is that back then alot of things could have been changed on papers and i think to myself i know there is alot of people looking for family but how many stephanies are born in a two years span. and they could be anywheres so email me and id love exchange info because you never know.
