Hi, my name is Nikki Yolanda Thomas. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona 02-26-79. The hospitals name and county was Maricopa General Hospital in Maricopa County. My birth mother's name is Sandra. My birth father's name is Authur. She was 27 years old born in Chicago, Ill with a AA degree. She had 2 daughters Nicol and Paula. Whom she let her mother take care of them. Then she had another girl I think in 1975 (june) I am not sure on the actual date year. I was the 4th one born. Sandra was a only child. Her background is her family is from the West Indies. Authur had several brothers and sisters. He was 54 years old. He was black and Cherokee indian, and from Alabama. Some one from his family had brain hemorage. I was adopted when I was 6 weeks old. My caseworkers name was Suzanne Johnson. I think her birth place is right. I do not remember. Sandra would be 54 and Arthur would be 77 years old.
