Female born CA, September 11, 1972 iso Birth Parents

Looking for birth parent(s) - I am a Chinese female born in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Mateo according to my birth certificate) on September 11, 1972.

It was a closed adoption and I don't know anything about my birth parents except that my genetic mother may have been in her teens (this info is not verified, however).
