I understand that the State of Florida is notorious for altering the facts on adoptees birth certificates. They'll even change the DOB, city or hospital.

Hello, My name is Dawn M. Rieker Hancock, I gave birth in Tampa Fl. Saint Joseph's hosp. Under the care of Doctors Jack Morris Mezrah, Albert Victor Cohen, Albert Lewis Saphier, and Nathaniel Byron Metts of 2708 Azeele St. Tampa Fl. I also know that Florida Changes all to most adopted persons information so to keep from overlooking my child I reach out to all born in 1970, I reach out to both genders because I was not informed of my Childs gender. I gave birth 9-19?-1970, between 5:30 am and noon. The birth was a normal. I'm white and so is my Childs birth Father which has been contacted about this search. We were married but not living together, I was 17 years old. I do have other non ID about myself and would share happily. Neither birth Father or I was informed of any of the adoption details.
