I'm looking for a cousin, born Michael E. Amberg on Nov 12 1969 in San Bernardino, CA. His parents are Paul M. Amberg and Roxanna I. Portman who were married on Dec 23 1967 in San Bernardino, CA. Paul was born on Jul 31 1948 and died in an accident in Monterey CA on Aug 1 1970. He fell off a truck at the Presidio in Monterrey while in the military. Roxanna was born on Aug 17 1948 in Riverside, CA. Immediately following her husband's death, Roxanna remarried Mark E. Fairbanks on Sep 3 1970 in Los Angeles, CA. They divorced in Dec 1970. They then remarried in Las Vegas, NV on Feb 22 1972 and subsequently divorced again Nov 1973. Roxanna decided to give Michael up for a non-familial adoption, even though Paul's parents and Aunt/Uncle were willing and trying to adopt him.
