1/11/1962 male seeking Family!

Hi every one,
born January11,1962 in Parkersburg W.Va. (Wood county) his Mom was single and he has a brother 16 years older than him self. His a-mom died not long ago and he has not been able to find any paperwork. Can any one here tell me where or how I can get the birth index of males born 1/11/1962 in Wood county W.Va......I have been searching various search postings hoping some one is looking for him.
