Adopted 2-14-61, born 12-26-60 from chicago, illinois

female, born 12-26-60 louis weiss hospital then st. vincent's orphanage, to a peggy and robert last name of whalen, she was 21 at the time he was 23, she possibly came from out of state or town to stay with her sister who might have been a nurse. she was a secretary he construction, i think. i am french, irish and english, please help, anyone.
