ISO Black Male Adoptee DOB 5/9/1961 Rochester, NY
Looking for my brother who was born at Northside Hospital (Rochester General Hospital) on May 9, 1961. Birth name is Lee Scott Tate. Birth mother was listed as Patricia Tate. Our mother now lives in Richmond, VA and I live in Washington, DC. Any help or information is greatly appreciated.
