Afr./Amer. Twins Rochester 1967
Birth siblings searching for a set of male/female African-American
twins born in Rochester, NY between 9/1967-12/1967. They were born at Highland Hospital by Dr. Floyd Brat (currently deceased). They were relinquished for adoption in 12/1967. Monroe County Dept. of SS handled the adoption. The mother's maiden name was Fulton. She was 23 and he 26 (Wilson).
