searching for sister who was born in mexico
I'm looking for my half sister, who was given up in mexico. I've tried many different approaches but keep hitting dead ends because it's an international issue. any help would be appreciated....
her birth date was 01/30/1967

Not knowing if you received my mail I am sending it again. Please send me information about you or your mother. I was also given for adoption in january of 1967 by an american lady. Still looking for my sister, if ANYONE has any info pertaining to my first post please reply. Ingrid and I were in contact but she is not my sister, SO close but no cigar
