Heidi - I don't think that your brother is part of my family, but you never know. Wheeler is my mother's maiden name. Where was your brother born?

My brother was born in January of 1964. He was 2 yrs old when he was put into foster care. I am not sure of the whole story. I was told he was born in Colorado, but he was in foster care here in washington.
