I am searching for any birthfamily. I was born in St Louis. Was adopted within the state of Missouri. Adoption finalized in the City of St Louis.

I am helping my mother n law find her daughter born 10/17/63 at Booth Memorial Hospt. in Saint Louis Mo.
Lutheran Services handled adoption.
Birth Mothers name at birth was Phyllis Hougland and she was 16 years old. Her mother signed all paper work from Hospt. and her name was Emma Otto.
Let me know if any of this matches.

Louise Miller was the social worker from Childrens Home Society assigned to my birthmother! She was also from the St Louis area.

Thanks for the reply. I am helping Phyllis find her Birth daughter. I don't have Social Worker info, just Judge,and that kind of Stuff.
Here is what the Courts sent us.
The Circut Courts of The City of St. Louis Mo. Juvenile Divsion.
Waiver of Neciessity of Consent to The Future Adoption of Child named Donita Ann Hougland born 10/17/63 to Phyllis Hougland.
Judge who signed the papers was ( David A. McMullan).
I don't know if this is a case number, but the Paper says in the matter of Donita Ann Hougland 74632.
It also says Order of Court Transferring Custody of minor child to Lutheran Family Services. The papers are dated 11/8/1963.
In the papers it says mother was born out of Wedlock.,.
Lutheran Sev. Is a branch of Lutheran Childresn Services of St. Louis.
