ISO baby girl 3/8/69 SLC UT

I have reached a dead end and am posting yet again. I had a baby girl given up for adoption 3/8/69 in SLC UT. I have registered with Mutual Consent Registry, ISRR and any online registries I find. She was probably adopted by LDS family but I do not have nonid. LDS Family Services has no record of me. Always thought that's who handled. Anybody with any thoughts?
