looking for birth mother. name at time was Evelyne Bingham

I am in search of my biological mother..I was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky in 4/27/1965. I know her name was Evelyn Bingham at time, know I have brothers and sisters would like to find my bilogical family..My adopted mother has died, Im all alone now and cant have any children of my own would like to find only family I have left..Any info please respond..

Does it say you have 2 sisters and one brother?
Found an Evelyn who gave birth to 3 children in the same county you were born.
Bingham was her married name
I cannot find her but found one daughter and her son

im not sure adopted mother said there were children in her home, father was a military man dont beleive they were married..i beleive. dont know any more than that adopted parents moved as soon as i was born..only know name of biological mother..
