Wow! That's a fun coincidence! Yep, searching for birth-parents as well. Had an abortive search when I was 19 that yielded some additional info, but eventually went sour as the agency was scamming me for $$$. I've been plodding on the Internet when I have free time, hoping to find the proverbial needle-in-a-haystack.

Also born in St. Petersburg, FL and adopted. Really hard to find information in a state with sealed records. I was wondering how successful you have been in goin thru Jacksonville and other FL registries.

I actually haven't looked through jacksonville/florida. I am looking in San Fransico. It is very hard to look. I think it is hard for anyone,that is looking for their biological famillies.Good luck Laura

my adopted brother was born in may on the 18th from what the records say but when my mom first told me she said it was the 14th so who knows. it was through the childrens society and salvation army.
