I was born on January 13, 1963 in Fort Lewis WA at the Madigan Army Medical Hospital. My name at birth was Ruth Ann Dorsey.

My nationality is B-Mom is Japanese and B-Father is Black.

I am looking for my birth Father who would be a Black man that was probably in the Army at that time. They both would have lived either on the Fort Lewis base or in the surrounding area of Tacoma or Olympia WA.

I have found my birth Mother who is Fumi Harmi Dorsey who is Japanese. She won't tell me who my birth Father is. She has a husband and 2 grown childern whom I've never met. I did meet Fumi but she told me many different stories of my adoption and other stuff, which I have caught her in several lies.

My goal was to meet my birth parents to get some history and see who I came from and who I can identify with. As I told Fumi, I do not want to be her friend or keep in constant touch, I just want to see who my Father and Mother are and get some history. That is all, and I have stayed true to that. I haven't talked to her in 8 years since the last lie she told.

Unfortunately, I have no information on my B-Father at all.
