Looking for half brother in conneticut

I just found out that I have a step brother . I really want to meet him as well as my dad and sister. My dad was so young at the time and just couldnt keep him. He was born in 1967 in fairfield county. Please, if anyone has any info I would appreciate it. Thanks!Even if he doesnt want to meet, I am curious!!
