I have been looking for you for a long time but I do not want to interfere in your life. I will respect your privacy. I was born in Toledo, Ohio and given up for adoption. The attorney who performed the adoption is named Norman Witzler and his practice was in Perrysburg, Ohio. I was adopted by a minister and his wife. I have very little information about my birth parents. I was told that my birth grandmother was also adopted. If you have any information about my birth or birth parents please contact me. It is extremely hard to get any information from the State of Ohio and they have ignored my requests for non-identifying information.
