ISO husband's birthfamily his DOB 7/23/68
Trying to located my husband's birthfamily.
He was born in Wheeling, WV on July 23, 1968. This date may not be correct though. So if you know of anyone who may have had a son around that time that was given up for adoption please let us know. Thank you.

He was adopted when he was less than a year old...either 6 or 9 months.
