I am looking for a half sibling who may have been born in Ohio or NY in 1958 or 1959. I have no birthdate. There are 7 other half siblings. I have found 5 so far. If you know, or are, Carol Graden/Graydon and you lived in Ohio from April of 1957 to July of 1959 and then moved to Florida, please contact me. We do not know the sex of the child either..wish we had something to go on...just a bmom's name.....

epdate to original posting...
Carol Graden may have been approximately 18-20 in 1955 when my father met her. They left Ohio (1959) to go to Florida so my father could open a horse stable there. Baby would have been born in 1958-59, making Carol 20-23 years old at the time. They split up for a time, while she was pregnant, and she returned without the baby, then they left for Florida. My guess is that she had the baby in late 1958, or early 1959 and adoption could have been in either NY (Rochester area) or Ohio (Cleveland area) It is also possible that she allowed her parents to raise this child, in Rochester NY.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated. I have since found all 7 other siblings and the child of Carol Graden would be the 8th, and final, sibling. Our father's name is Raymond J. Halligan, in case that rings a bell. Cheryl tigger636715@msn.com

I know that Carol Graden/Graydon (or could be any other number of spellings) met my father in Rochester, NY in late 1956. She was just a teenager still, 18 or 19, very young, pretty etc. They (my father, Ray Halligan, and Carol) moved to Cleveland, Ohio in roughly July of 1957, as he was a bus driver for the Cleveland Transit Company. Carol was struck by a car from behind as a young girl, about 11-13, so this happened in between 1949-51.
Carol had an older brother, and a younger sister. They may have both been in Rochester, NY at that time as well...I would assume the sister was still in high school, or very recently graduated when the baby was born. Thanks for lending me your eyes! I wish you all good graces in your searches!! Cheryl
