I searched because of the need for my family medical history because I have been sick. I located not only birthmother and sister, but extended family as well. You may want to have the medical history as well.

Please get in touch with me and I will give you the information you need. You may also contact the adoption agency where they have put inside your file there a letter from me giving you all the needed contact information to find me. They changed their name through the years and are now known as St Mary's Services. You may contact them at: Call for Adoption Information Monday or Thursday 9:00 to 12:00.

Please call (847) 870-8181

When you call, ask for Sue ~ she is familiar with our case files.
