Searching for male, born in 1958

I'm looking for my half-brother....his name could possible be Ronnie...he would have been born in Maryland...mother's name is/was Mary jane Barthlow..she is now deceased and never married....there is 5 of us all together.........Please, any all replies would be kept confidential.....
